What We Believe

We the members of Faith Tabernacle church at 25258 Alabama Highway 24, Trinity, Alabama, 35673, affirm our belief that God's people should be scrupulously set in order, and that it is needful for them to be efficiently organized to successfully carry on the gospel work and properly handle our business affairs.

Our business involves executing the "Father's Business," consisting primarily of, preaching the Gospel to the residents and visitors of Trinity, AL. The business shall be further expanded to establish and maintain a place of worship,  as well as, to unite a people of like faith in the bonds of brotherly love and fellowship (Heb. 13:1).  Being identified as "Pentecostal in Worship," FTC meets  together to truly worship God in spirt and in truth, and to receive spiritual teaching (John 4:24; Eph. 4:11-15).  As embracing the Apostolic Doctrine, our responsibility is to point the lost to the way of life by publishing at home and abroad the plan of salvation, exhorting believers to be filled with the Holy Ghost ( John 1:29; Luke 11:13; Acts 1:8,:38).

FTC recognized our responsibilities in executing the Father's Business though the presentation of our bodies as a living sacrifice, "holy," and acceptable unto God (Ro 12:1)  , we understand this directive and encourage each other to cleanse one's self from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God (2Cor. 7:1).  Though not exhaustive, our holiness practices may be summed up as to conduct one's self everywhere  as becometh a Christians and this we do by manifesting a spirit of brotherly love and fellowship toward all of God's people.

While the previous provides only a "snapshot" about us, we invite each one to come and experience the love and joy that we are made to feel each time we assemble for worship.  Without controversy, great is the mystery of godliness, and great are the benefits of living a Godly life.  We FTC, have come to realize and embrace the profound truth expressed by the Lord Jesus in the Gospel of John (10:10), "...I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly."  Come and experience (with us) this abundant life found only in serving the Lord Jesus Christ.
